102 For ἀδελφοῖζ P 46 reads ἁγίοɩζ.
100Gk. ἳνα δὲ εἰδῆτε ϰαì, ὑμεῖζ τὰ ϰατ’ ἐμέ. Another possible meaning of ϰαì ὑμεῖζ would be “you for your part”—“so that you for your part may know my affairs, as I for my part have heard about you” (cf. Eph. 1:15). See J. A. Robinson, Ephesians, p. 217.
101W. L. Knox (St. Paul and the Church of the Gentiles [Cambridge, 1939], p. 203) discerned a hint here that Tychicus was the real author of Ephesians. C. L. Mitton (The Epistle to the Ephesians, p. 268) suggests that the proposal to write the letter in Paul’s name was submitted to Tychicus (“still living as an old man in the neighbourhood of Ephesus”) and approved by him as conveying the Pauline message. G. H. P. Thompson (Ephesians, Colossians, Philemon, CBC [Cambridge, 1967], pp. 18-19) suggests that Ephesians is a “manifesto” composed by Tychicus with Paul’s authorization.

105Cf. 1 Pet. 5:14; 3 John 15.
