§ 188. [VI] The consensus of the more rational Papists is added. The gloss on Decret., dist. 16, claims that the Bible contains some apocryphal books, among which it lists Tobit. Pope Innocent, who includes the rest of the apocryphal books of the Old Testament in his canon, makes no mention of Tobit in his letter to Exuperius (c. 7).
