Song of Songs

Introduction

Song of Songs is a poem of love, desire, and delight between a bride and bridegroom. The church has also read it as a picture of God’s love for his people. Either way, it honors faithful affection and the goodness of covenant joy. Read it as Scripture that blesses love rather than being embarrassed by it.
