    Memorandum of Association

    of The Andhra Evangelical Lutheran Church

    I. The name of this society is 'The Andhra Evangelical

    Lutheran Church".

    II. The objects of the society are:

    1. To preserve and extend the teachings of the Gospel of

    Christ and to administer His sacraments

    2. To conserve and express the unity of the Christian faith

    3. To establish the Church of Christ and extend His

    kingdom by:

    a. Training teachers and preachers

    b. Supporting and carrying on mission work

    c. Maintaining schools and seminaries

    d. Maintaining discipline among the members of the

    Church

    4. To hold, manage, purchase, sell, lease, rent, mortgage

    or otherwise deal with property as shall be good and

    proper.

    III. The names, addresses, and descriptions of the governing

    body of the society are:

    1. Rev. R. M. Dunkelberger, missionary, Rajahmundry.

    President.

    2. Rev. P. Paradesi, pastor, Rajahmundry, Vice-President

    3. Mr. S. Bhushanam, headmaster. Tarlupadu, secretary.

    4. Rev. Cannady, missionary, Guntur, Treasurer.

    * Registration under the Societies Registration Act 1860, effected

    April 21, 1932 '
