Article IX. Support Of The Full-Time Officers
Sec. 1. The salary and allowances of the full-time officers of this Church shall be the responsibility of the Church and shall be fixed from time to time by the Executive Council in accordance with the by-laws of the A. E, L. Church.
Sec. 2. Budget shall be provided for the officers for the ngcessary expenses incident to the {duties imposed by their respective oftices. Accurate accounts of this budget and ite expenditure shall be maintained by those officers and submitted
by them for audit "in the manner prescribed by the Executive Council. No expenditure in excess of this budget shall be incurred without the prior permission of the Executive Council,
Article X. Relationships
Sec. 1. AS TO THIS CHURCH'S RELATIONSHIP WITH GOVERNMENT:
All official relations with Government in connection with the work under the control and supervision of this Church shall be conducted by the president of this Church unless otherwise directed by the convention or Executive Council of the A. E. L. Church.
Sec. 2. AS TO THIS CHURCH'S RELATIONSHIP WITH OTHER CHRISTIAN BODIES:
This Church, through the Executive Council, may from time to time determine relationships with other Christian bodies, including the Federation of Evangelical Lutheran Churches in India. Lutheran World Federation, Andhra Christian Council and National Christian: council of India.
Sec. 3. AS TO THE CHURCH'S RELATIENSHIP WITH THE LUTHERAN CHURCH IN AMERICA:
a. This Churth claims the privilege, accerded to it in the constitution of the Lutheran Church tn America, of sending fraternal representatives to the conventiens of that Church as provided for in the by-laws of the A. E. L. Church.
b. This Church holds itself ready to receive and weigh carefully the counsel and guidance of the Division for world Mission and Ecumenism, Lutheran Church in America in all matters of mutual cencern, and obligates itself to.the properuse; care, upkeep and disposition.of all movebla properties which have come into possession or enjoyment of 'this Church or its subsidiary institutions or bodies through the @ssistance afforded to this Church by the sald Board:.
