Closing the book, Tozer warns against prophecy teachers who turn Christ’s second coming into a subject for curious speculation rather than a summons to holy living. Every biblical reference to Christ’s “appearing,” he insists, is tied directly to moral conduct and purity, never offered as mere entertainment for “amazing” end-times trivia. Using John’s image of a bride preparing herself for her bridegroom, Tozer closes with a call to readiness that has nothing to do with prophetic charts and everything to do with a life being purified now, in anticipation of seeing Christ as He is.
