While all humans are created by God, becoming His children requires being "born again" through faith in Jesus Christ
(Ephesians 1:5). This initiation into God's family transcends earthly relationships, which are often temporary and fragile.
In contrast, spiritual connections last forever (1 John 3:1).
Benefits of Being in God's Family
Upon your spiritual rebirth, you gain significant gifts including family name, likeness, privileges, intimate access, and inheritance (Romans 8:17). Our eternal inheritance, untouched by worldly challenges, promises us eternity with God and transformation into Christ's likeness, free of pain and suffering. This inheritance is far more valuable than any earthly retirement plan (Colossians 3:23-24).
