Secondly, this joy is also sent from heaven under divine authority te the entire human race, This joy is meant for “all people”. Itis nat meant to be confined to any one section of people. It clearly says, “it shall be to all people. So lf anyone thinks that this joy is meant far him exclusively he will himself be deprived of that joy asa result of this mistaken idea. What God syas in the Bible is infallibiy true, It cannot be altered. The term “all people’ moans, people of all countries, of all languages, of all ages, of all walks of life, rich and poor educated and uneducated, civilized and uncivilized high and tow; white and black. This joy can be received and enjoyed by all.

When the Lord Jesus Christ was born in Bethlehem two thousand years ago, there was spiritual darkness prevailing over the world. It was a period of chaos and disorder. Those were the days of bondage far the Jaws, because they were under the Roman rule. Idolatry covered the whole country, there was ne prophet nor a place of warship from where the Jews, the people of God, could hear the voice of God. It was at such a period that God’s message of joy and peace was brought to all the people. The words, “all people’ includes you also. so do not make yourself an exception by thinking it does not apply to you.
