Iwant to thank all those who helped make this book a reality, but even more I want to acknowledge the hundreds of people who have had major spiritual input (often via books or tapes) into my life, and especially my spiritual father, Billy Graham, and the second most influential Christian leader in my life, Dr. Oswald J.
