God's Smuggler
Brother Andrew · with John L. Sherrill & Elizabeth Sherrill

About this book
God's Smuggler is the true story of Brother Andrew (Andrew van der Bijl), a young Dutch believer who began carrying Bibles across closed borders into Communist Europe in the 1950s, and who spent years ministering to Christians who had been cut off from fellowship, teaching, and the Scriptures. Written with journalists John L. Sherrill and Elizabeth Sherrill, the book was first published in 1967 and has remained in print ever since, including the edition scanned by the Internet Archive under the title shown here (Penguin, 1968).
