LETTER DXXXVI.

T o Mr. S――.

Avon, Wilts, October 15, 1743.

My dear Friend, I Must not be long from London without writing to you. Our Saviour brought me hither last night, and filled me as with new wine. I purpose staying till Monday; if you write, direct for me at Bristol. I trust our Lord hath much people here. This leaves me in spirit sitting at his feet. Praying this may find you there, I am Yours, &c.
