    About the author

    Aiden Wilson Tozer (1897–1963) was a self-taught American pastor, editor and author who led Southside Alliance Church in Chicago for over thirty years, and in his last years (1959–1963) pastored Avenue Road Church in Toronto. The Pursuit of God (1948) remains his best-known work.
