The book
The Life and Work of St. Paul was written by Frederic William Farrar (1831–1903), later Dean of Canterbury, and published by Cassell, Petter, Galpin & Co. in 1879–80. It is a Victorian narrative of the Apostle Paul’s life, using Acts, the Pauline letters, and the historical setting of the first-century Mediterranean world.
