Minutes of Meeting
- Mr. Joshua Pilli, the President started with opening remarks followed by a Word of Prayer by Pastor David Ravinder.
- Mr. Joshua Pilli explained the President report and gave a brief review of all the ministries that are part of UECF.
- While Mr. Anand Devi was presenting the 2015 Annual Financial Report,
Mr. Louis Dundi queried about designated amounts allocated for Pastors which was clarified by Mr. Anand Devi.
- Mr. Rajeev Muthyala queried about Bro. Anil Kumar meetings and about the honorarium given to him.
- Mr. Louis Dundi queried about monthly pizza expenses and Baby-sitting expenses which were clarified by Mr. Anand Devi
- Mr. Anand Devi presented 2016 proposed annual budget and Mr. Louis Dundi proposed for reducing the budget by $1500 for equipment if there is no foreseen equipment purchase, which was later decided by General body by motion to keep the budget same as proposed which is $3000 as Mr. Samuel Chilaka advised for Keyboards upgrade.
- Mr. Louis Dundi proposed for reducing the budget for Christmas Lunch expenses to $6000. After the discussion involved by Mr. Joshua Pilli, Pastor Ravinder, Mr. Ruben Khambham and Mr. Rajiv Muthyala, it was decided to keep the proposed budget same as $6500.
- As per Mr. Louis Dundi’s proposal, budget for Sunday school and Youth expenses was reduced to $2500 from $3000 by General Body motion.
- As per Mr. Louis Dundi’s proposal, budget for General/Misc Exp was reduced to $1500 from $2000 by General Body motion.
- 2016 budget proposal was approved with the changes agreed by General Body.
- Pastor Ravinder closed the meeting with a Word of Prayer.
