- Pastor David Ravinder opened the session with a prayer.
- Brother Joshua Pilli, President UECF, opened the session with a brief summary of UECF history and the Lord’s blessings upon it. He also expressed thanks for the founding fathers of UECF, late Mr. Alfred Bhaskar, the Pulipatis, and Pastor David Ravinder.
- Brother Joshua Pilli presented the 2011 President’s report, highlighting some UECF ministry activities. He also expressed thanks to the Reformed Church for allowing UECF to worship.
- Brother Ravi Rapaka presented the 2011 financial report and budget for 2012.
- Brother Sunil Vuppala and Brother David Merigala suggested to increase the budget for Sunday School, JBQ and Youth projects.
- Sister Sushma Pitta suggested that spending for Mother’s & Father’s Day’s should be less than the usual amount spent. In return, it was suggested to use those cut funds to increase the budget for outreach programs to $2,000.00.
- Brother Alfred and Brother Manohar suggested raised funds/donations for the church building. Pastor David Ravinder said it should be a designated fund, Brother Manohar motioned for the Church building and Sister Sunitha seconded it.
- Pastor Ravinder closed the session with a prayer.
