It is simple calculation of plate printing and ream of paper.
Each plate prints 4 pages. So if it is 100 pages it is 25 plates x Rs.2000/-
Regarding paper calculation, Ream paper consist of 480 sheets. Each sheet is 8 pages,
For example
Our book is 100 pages and we are printing 1,000 copies
so
100 pages / 16 pages per sheet = we need 6.25 sheets per each book
6.25 sheets x 1000 copies -6250 sheet / 500 sheets per ream = 12.5 Reams of paper we need
Including westage let us say we need 13 reams paper x cost in the November. Because paper rate is frequently changing.
So
1) Text matter art paper 100 pages paper cost = Rs.1550 (Present cost, if it changes, cost changes for us too)
2) 100 pages i.e 25 (plates) or set printing = 25 x Rs.2000 = Rs.50,000
3) Title 275 sheets x Rs.10 = Rs. 2750 (if the paper cost changes changes for us too)
4) Title printing = Rs. 2,000
5) Lamination and Binding = Rs.8000
6) You need decide how many single color pages and calculate it would cost each ream of paper Rs.700/-
