I’m so sorry about the delay in getting back to you! Yes, the preference is for the dinner to be more like a banquet, but it is really up to your church. The most important aspects for the event is that it be in a neutral location (not at the church), have 50% or more people there who are not yet Christians, and be a welcoming event. The hope is that this event would be an inviting place for church members to bring their friends who are not Christians so that they would hear the gospel and come closer to their Savior, if not accept Him that night! .

Thank you so much for taking care of Dr. Richard’s airfare and hotel. We will book his flight if you don’t mind and send you the receipt for reimbursement. Please let me know if that would be alright. As far as the honorarium, we do not request a certain amount – that will be up to the church. We only request you make the check out to RREACH. Could you kindly send me a schedule for the weekend? I know we have discussed an evangelistic event as a part of the anniversary celebrations, that is to be a dinner on Saturday night, correct? Dr. Richard will also preach on Sunday morning, correct? Is there a particular message you would like him to bring?
Also, it would be best if the PR materials are developed together, if you wouldn’t mind, please send us copies of the materials before printing so we may assist in the development. I have attached:
1. A list of the Pre-evangelistic talks Dr. Richard has given in the past. Is there one in particular that you would like him to bring for the evangelistic dinner?
2. Dr. Richard’s secular bio to be used for the evangelistic event.
3. The response card we have used in the past for evangelistic events. I’m not sure if there is another card you plan on using, but I thought I would include this as a sample at least.
4. Formal and informal photos of Dr. Richard. I will let you select the one you prefer for PR materials.
