Rev. John Paul Reddypogu was born and brought up in a good committed Christian family. He was born in 1952 to Late.Bro.Reddypogu Ratnam James and Mrs.Sugnanama James. He is a Lecturer by profession in a reputed college and got married to Mrs.Mary Sujatha, a Bank Manager by profession, in the year 1979. They are blessed with two children, the elder daughter Ms.Neeta Jasper, MCA, is employed in a leading international bank and son Mr.Gideon Solomon, B.Tech, is working for an IT company.
Rev. John Paul's parents gave most of their time for God’s work even though they were in their secular jobs. They were the pioneers for the church to be established in Kurnool. Rev. John Paul accepted Christ as his personal saviour and was saved in the year 1971. Initially he was involved in the church activities but Gods purposes and thoughts were higher. Later God spoke to both him and his wife that they should serve Him together. Though both are in secular jobs they are totally involved in sharing the Good News of Jesus to the perishing souls since 1987. Their burden is to reach the un-reached people groups of India. They also extend their services to many Christian organizations.
Rev. John Paul Reddypogu is serving as the Chairman of the Board of Indian Evangelical Mission and one of the Board of Governors of Mukti Mission. For the past ten years he has been catering his services as a pastor for Zion Church. 70% of the congregation have come from other faiths and were Idol worshippers. Mrs.Mary Sujatha is involved in women's and children's ministry.
