LICENSE AGREEMENT
The Smithsonian Institution (“SI”) is preparing an exhibition as part of the Indian American Heritage Project that is scheduled to be shown in the National Museum of Natural History from September 2013 to September 2014 and thereafter travel to multiple venues for display.
I, Joshua Pilli, irrevocably give SI, and the venues listed above, permission to use the materials described below in connection with this exhibition. I further give the Smithsonian permission to use the materials for any non-commercial standard museum purpose (including but not limited to archives, education, publicity, and publications) in any media now known or later developed. I waive any right or expectation of compensation for, or control over, the Smithsonian’s use or display of the materials for the above purposes. Any further use requires my express permission.

RESTRICTIONS ON USE OF MATERIALS:
I represent and warrant that to the best of my knowledge there are no restrictions or additional permissions needed for the Smithsonian to use to materials as described herein.
