ACTING PRESIDENT’S REPORT

I would like to thank Almighty God for His abundant grace for this Fellowship. With an immense pleasure, I submit this report.

A detailed report with the activities and accomplishments was submitted on last Annual General Body meeting held on 1st of June 2003. During that meeting, we felt the need to review the Constitution and By-laws. Two separate sessions of special General Body meetings were held in July and August’03 to amend the Constitution and By-laws. Subsequently, the members of the Board of Trustees ensured all the details of the discussions are covered and the final copy was made available for distribution in October 2003.

Although the tenure of the Leadership was completed in August 2003, it was decided to hold the elections for electing new governing body and Coordinators as soon as the final version of the Constitution is available. A nominations committee was appointed to oversee the elections. As every one is busy during the last two months of the year, the committee decided to hold elections after Christmas and New Year celebrations.

In the year 2003, Christmas Carolers visited 24 homes and received around one thousand and four hundred dollars as offering. Thank all the participants for their active participation. Christmas service was well attended and we received more than two thousand dollars as offering. The congregation members of International Family Church ( IFC ), New Brunswick worshipped with us on the Watch Night service. This was a great experience to many of our members to worship along with the fellow Christians of other Church.

A special music and skits were presented by well known Covenant Players in mid November and every one appreciated their talents.

I thank all our pastors and preachers for sharing the Word and encouraging us with the spiritual nourishment. My thanks are due to Executive Council, members of the Board of Trustees and Coordinators without their help in conducting various activities. I thank all the families who continually sponsored the Fellowship Coffee Hour. With all your help and cooperation this Coffee Hour schedule is streamlined and families are signing-up voluntarily. I also thank all the congregation for their generous offerings through which contributed to a net gain of more than seven and a half thousand dollars during this fiscal year.

I praise God for the opportunity given to me and I thank each one of you for your cooperation.
