Mrs. Anasuya Kalyani Mattegunta(Jeldi) was born on June 06^th, 1934 in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh. She was married to Mr. Krupa Rao Mattegunta on September 6^th, 1971 in Nellore. They migrated to US in 1979 and stayed in East Brunswick, NJ until 2012 and went back to India.

She did B.Sc Nursing from CMC, Vellore and M.Sc Nursing at New Delhi. She served as a Nursing Superintendent and Director, School of Nursing at ABM Hospitals, Ongole and Nellore before moving to USA. She had two elder brothers and survived by one younger sister Dr. Vasantha. Her mother was of Tamil origin. She was fluent in English and Tamil.

She was a gentle soul who stood like a pillar of support to her husband. They were associated with TCFNJ, UECF, AICC, NAAIC and other Indian Christian organizations. Even after her husband’s demise she continued to support the Ministry and the needy. She was generous to one and all. They helped many God’s servants with accommodation and transport and supported many Churches for their construction work in India and provided monitory support to many Organizations and Servants of God.

She went to be with the Lord on Nov, 05^th, 2019 and buried in Alakurapadu on Nov 06^th, 2019.
