Navneet is a born again believer from a Hindu background. He accepted the Lord Jesus Christ in May 1982. He served the Indian Army for 20 years and took premature retirement at the rank of Colonel after commanding his unit. His desire was to serve the Lord and the Lord opened the way for him to join the Gideons ministry. He has been the National Executive Director from January 2008. He has attended International Conventions ever since and also presented educational messages on several occasions. The International Cabinet had constituted a Long Range Strategic Planning Committee for three years and he was part of it as a member. He is married to Balwinder and they are blessed with two sons Jonathan (elder son) who married to Disha and Joshua (younger son).
