*Prayer Of Confession(Unison): Loving heavenly Father, here we are once again gathering together to worship You, we are here to remember Your many blessings to us, to recount the path that You have led us and also to respond to Your word, Your mercy, Your faithfulness and Your unfailing Love. By nature we are prone to take for granted all that we cannot see, but this evening we are truly thankful for the air we breathe, the food You have provided, the jobs we have, and the health we have, especially when we are aware that many are not here because of a lack of these things, how fortunate You have let us be and for that we are grateful. We also confess that we have ignored the standards of Your word and have lived lives that cater to the external and temporary, we have not invested in the eternal values or the well being of our souls, forgive us dear Lord and visit us with the joy of salvation, which is far above all values that this world can offer, give us the desire to follow you no matter what, and declare that we are Your children in our words and works, empower us to live lives that reflect Your holy presence given into prayer and witness, unite us Lord to be a blessing to those in need. This we ask in the name of Jesus. Amen!
