Leader: Lord is our help and shield; He is the ever present resource in times of trouble. My soul truly waits upon God; from Him comes my salvation. My heart rejoices in Him, because I have trusted in His holy name.

People: Loving Father, to You, we bring our songs of praise, the words we speak, and the prayers we make. We lift up our thoughts, bare our souls and invite Your Holy Spirit in, sweep away the darkness of doubt, the ignorance of nominalism and lead us to experience the power and presence of Jesus. Praise the Lord! Amen!!

*Opening Prayer(in unison): Loving Father, we come with a song in our hearts and praise on our lips and a sense of longing in our spirit. We come to declare that You are sovereign, Your name is above every name and You are from age to age the same. On the contrary we are fickle, present oriented and bound by whims. We soon forget who we are; we end up on a different path. By our thoughts and actions we have missed Your mandate. We have missed the many opportunities to exalt Your Holy Name. Father, forgive us according to Your Word and cleanse us from all that is ungodly.

Program Details

We pray that Your Word will become foundational in our practice of faith. Please lead us to view Jesus as Lord of our lives, help us to give Him control of our situations, our desires, dreams and also our failures. We invite Your Spirit to come into every aspect of our lives; let Him lead us into the joyful presence of Jesus. Let the serenity of God’s power lead us to the right choice. Bless our families, our work and our friends. We give You praise and glory in the name of Jesus. Amen!
