About Rev. ANDREWS PRAVEEN KUMAR

Rev. ANDREWS PRAVEEN KUMAR, BORN IN 1978 IN PUTTUR, CHITTOOR (D.T.) Praveen holds a Theology Degree and has also completed the program conducted by Dr. Paul Dhinakaran of Jesus Calls Power Ministry Training. He is the Managing Director of Good Shepherd Mission(GSM). GSM was originated 30 years ago by his parents, Bro. Henry Bhasker and Sis. Viola. GSM consists of an elderly care center, a childcare center with an orphanage of 150 children total in Puttur and Kolladam, and rural evangelical work with 15 Evangelists. The mission has developed into building a free-service Hospital with six departments and also an HIV/AIDS and TB Center. Prior to this, Praveen has struggled with many health problems. When Praveen was age 24 he was on his death bed for three days. He was then touched by the healing hand of God. The Lord decided to use Praveen to His Glory in the area of ministry. Praveen, like his father Bro. Henry Bhasker, travels through the nations preaching the Word of God. He has preached in many areas including India, Germany and USA. He also has a heart for people suffering with HIV/AIDS by demonstrating God's love, care and compassion of Christ towards all people. He has never expected to become an evangelist but clearly heard the Lord’s call to use him for His glory. Praveen’s love for Jesus Christ shines through the powerful messages the Lord puts on his heart to share with the world.
