Rev. Dr. B. C. Paul is an ordained minister of Andhra Evangelical Lutheran Church ( AELC ). Worked as a professor at Andhra Christian Theological College (ACTC ), Hyderabad. Presently, the Executive Director of Emmaus Ministries, Hyderabad, registered by Government of Andhra Pradesh. Emmaus is a non-profit, non-political, charitable organization dedicated to the holistic development of the depressed and downtrodden classes in rural areas especially the backward districts of Telangana region. He has 5 children, four of them are in the USA.
