HOUSEWARMING BLESSING/GIFT PRESENTATION

The Bible – The Word of God is “A lamp to our feet and a light to our path”. Psalm 119.105-6
May God’s Word be cherished, read, meditated upon every day here.
A Candle - A candle is lit so the house will never know darkness and that you may radiate the light of Jesus. Matthew 5:14 “You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden.
Flowers - Flowers reflect beauty and fragrance, may your house always know and reflect “the aroma of Christ” and beauty. “See how the flowers of the field grow. They do not labor or spin. 29 Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these. 30 If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, will he not much more clothe you?”
Fruit – These fruit are given as a sign of the blessings of fruitfulness from God. (John 15:1)
(Galatians 5:22-23) 22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,23 gentleness and self-control.
A loaf of Bread - Bread is given so your house may never know hunger. Matthew 26:26 “While they were eating, Jesus took bread, and when he had given thanks, he broke it and gave it to his disciples, saying, “Take and eat; this is my body.”
We are the ‘Body of Christ’
A container of Salt - Salt so it may always add flavor to your conversations, conduct of your lives.
Matthew 5: 13 “You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again?
A container of Sugar or a Box of Sweets – Sugar/sweets so that life will always be sweet.
Proverbs 16:24 “Gracious words are a honeycomb, sweet to the soul and healing to the bones”.
