Dr. Paranjyothi Jannu was born at Deshaipet village of Warangal district of Andhra Pradesh state of India on 18th of December 1959 to Late Mr. J.M. Shadrack and Mrs. Mariamma who were notable servants of the Lord in the Deccan. Mr. J.M. Shadrack and Mrs. Mariamma, apart from evangelical mission, also have established free school for the benefit of the poor and catered to the educational need of the people of nearby villages. Mr. J.M. Shadrack served as a visiting pastor to the Central Prison at Warangal for a period of 9 years. His prison ministry brought several convicts into the Lord and few of them came in to the ministry as evangelists and pastors.
Dr. Jannu Paranjyothi is the Founder Principal and Correspondent of the Oasis Public School, Deshaipet road, Warangal, Andhra Pradesh. Oasis Public School is established in the year 1985. By 2007 Oasis has sent 16 Batches of students for the State Board Tenth Class (SSC) Examinations and so far secured State Ranks THRICE once State 5th Rank in 1995, next State 9th Rank in 1999 and State 15th Rank in 2003 apart from several other Ranks, awards and Prizes.
An active intellectual Dr. Jannu Paranjyothi did not confine himself to the four walls of school. Unlike many of his contemporary academicians, Dr. Jannu Paranjyothi was a competent Teacher /Educator Trainer. He established SHAMARY Educational Research and Training Institute, and organized several Training Programs for the Students on study skill, career guidance, for Parents on Parenting skills, for Teachers on Educational Philosophy, Psychology, Methodology, Technology and Class Management skills. The Private Schools Principals of several Districts of Andhra Pradesh were trained by Dr. Paranjyothi through his novel Training Programs called CPEP’s (Correspondents’ Professional Enrichment Program).
Dr. Jannu Paranjyothi was invited by the Superintendent of Police of Warangal to give motivational and guidance lectures to the Youth selected under YES (Youth Employment Society) Programs for motivating them towards self reliance and self empowerment. Dr. Jannu Paranjyothi has also given about 40 radiy66666666666yo lectures on All India Radio Warangal Station on the education and psychology of children by a popularly known title “Pillala Chaduvuku Pillanagrovi”.
Dr. Jannu Paranjyothi was invited couple of times by Popular TV Channels like E Tv to participated in intellectual debates on Education in connection with the Problems related to students Admission, Identification of Talents in Children, Children’s Day, SSC Public Examinations etc.,.
Dr. Jannu Paranjyothi was also a member of the advisory committee representing the State Private Schools Association invited by the Secretary to the Government of Andhra Pradesh, Department of School Education, to advise on the modifications to the Education Act and G.O. Ms. No. 1 of 1994. Dr. Jannu Paranjyothi as the President of the Warangal District Un-Aided Private Schools Association has collected and donated Rupees One Lakh to The Mahrastra Earth Quake Relief Fund and handed over to the Chief Ministers Relief Fund through Dr. P.V. Ranga Rao Minister for Primary Education, Collected Rupees Three Lakhs for Lattur Earth Quake victims and handed over the amount to Mr. Gireesh Snghi Managing Director Vartha Telugu Daily and collected Rupees Five Lakhs and handed over the amount to Sri Nara Chandrababu Naidu Chief Minister Andhra Pradesh for the relief of the Gujarath Earth Quake Victims.
