the Lord God is with us, He is here in our midst, in our lives and our hearts, His spirit of truth sways over us and in response we see God high and lifted up, sovereign, in control, powerful, just and holy yet loving merciful and forgiving.

We see ourselves as those who have constantly erred in thought, word and our actions, we have acted where we should not have and have remained passive where we should have been active, we have given in to the pressures of this world, our own wishes, and our choices, all of which has conditioned us to look away from you, because we have done so our own fellowship has become a farce, with the same mouth we bless and curse, our motives are unclear and we have certainly fallen away from the standards and calling of the scriptures. Forgive us father, remove from us anything that comes in the way of righteousness and holiness, our desire is to please you, become extensions of your kingdom, teach us to love and encourage and build, take away dissension, and wrongful desires to be important and control, instead give us a heart of service, so that in all things you may be glorified.

Bless our time together, our time of worship, and grant us a revelation of your Glory. We pray in Jesus name. Amen!
