- UECF Good Friday Service will be held on April 03rd at 11:30AM to 3:00PM. Bro. Sunil Robert Vuppula, Rev. David Mertz, Rev. Sue Iliff, Bro. Josiah Srigiri, Bro. Praveen Charles, Bro. Nagesh Kola and Rev. Dr. David Ravinder will share the 7 Words spoken by Jesus on the Cross.
- Next week, UECF Easter Sunrise Service will be held on April 05th at 6:30AM. Rev. Dr. David Ravinder will bring the Easter message. There will be no Evening service on Easter. Please invite your family and friends for these special services.

- UECF kids did extremely well at the NJ state JBQ finals. Out of the 52 teams that competed this season our team stood at 5th place overall. We won 24 out of the 27 matches we played this entire season including play offs, we lost only three that too with negatives and aggressive buzzing. Our kids came played two play off matches and won both the games to emerge 5th overall. 3 of our kids won individual Olympic prizes at 10, 20 and 30 pointers with Evelyn and Angel winning gold and Olivia winning silver which means out of 298 kids who competed our kids were among the top few kids.

Rev. Dr. Samuel Mohanraj
Dr. E. Samuel Mohanraj, the Founder and President of Showers of Blessing Ministries, is a native of Madurai in Tamil Nadu, India and the eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. Ebenezer. As he was unable to walk at the age of one, his parents took him to a gospel meeting held in Madurai by the Evangelist. T. L. Osborn. There they prayed for him with a heavy burden and by the end of the meeting, the lad who could not even walk, started running! The one who ran towards his parents that day decades ago, is today running throughout the world as a servant of God, sharing the gospel and bringing down God’s blessings to countless people.
Like many of us, Dr. Samuel too faced frustration, disappointments and failure in his life. Disillusioned by a chain of failures, he once decided to put an end to his miserable life by committing suicide. It was then that he came to taste and experience the love of Jesus through his maternal uncle and he surrendered his life to Jesus Christ.In 1992, Dr. Samuel had a call from the Lord to be His minister. Since then he has been preaching, training, teaching and ministering in local villages, in urban churches throughout India and in various parts of the world.
In 2002, he was assured of God’s calling for full-time ministry, so he resigned his Federal Government Job as Superintendent of Customs and Central Excise, where he had worked for the past 22 years. He then dedicated himself to full-time ministry. Today, Dr. Samuel speaks regularly in conferences, seminars and crusades in India, USA, Malaysia, Singapore, the Middle East and other parts of the world. He has also trained and mentored many leaders and pastors. Many people have been blessed, healed and anointed by God’s power through Dr. Samuel’s varied ministries i.e. gospel crusades, fasting and prayer meetings, television programmes, audio and video tapes, spiritual books, children’s ministry, widows’ ministry as well as the support of village churches and poor pastors.
Dr. Samuel Mohanraj holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and a Master’s Degree in Sociology. He also studied law and underwent an evangelist training programme conducted by Dr. D.G.S. Dhinakaran of Jesus Calls Power Ministry Training. He was conferred an honorary Doctorate in Divinity for Evangelism.
He is blessed with wife Elizabeth, son Mervyn and daughter Sharon. Sadly enough, Sharon went to be with Lord in November 2006 at the age of 16. Both he and his wife were once famous sportspersons. Elizabeth represented India in athletics at the international level and won medals too. Today both of them are enthusiastically running the “Gospel-Race” for the Glory of God. All praise and honor and glory, goes to God and Him alone. As David said, "The Spirit of the Lord spoke by me, and His word was on my tongue" (2 Samuel 23:2). In the same way, God is using Samuel and the proof is in the "Showers of Blessing" that God is pouring out through his ministry.
