Report on NJ JBQ District Finals

Held at Evangel Chapel, Bridgewater

The Junior Bible Quiz (JBQ) district finals were held yesterday at Evangel Chapel in Bridgewater. The United Evangelical Christian Fellowship (UECF) participated by consolidating their initial three teams into two for the finals.

The day was marked by intense competition, posing significant challenges that led to our participants experiencing considerable stress and making more errors than usual. However, the determination and hard work of our young members was evident throughout. Although we did not secure the top place as our children are accustomed to, this does not detract from the tremendous efforts and progress demonstrated by our participants this season.

By God's Grace, both of our teams managed to overcome obstacles and secure their spots for the regional finals, scheduled to take place on April 25-26 at Agawam, MA. This achievement is a testament to the resilience and dedication of our teams, as well as the unwavering support from their families.

We look forward to the regional finals with great anticipation and confidence that our teams will continue to perform admirably, representing UECF with pride and excellence.

Here are the standings of our teams in the NJ district finals:

• UECF Slingshot Knights – 3rd place (5 Wins and 7 Losses)
• Team members: Aaron Vellore, Adarsh Gatala, Diya Dayala, Jacob Gummadi, Shiloh David, and Sunny Kadari
• UECF Slingshots Gladiators – 4th place (5 Wins and 7 Losses)
• Team members: Caleb Gummadi, Lisa Dayala, Luke Dasari, Neraja Nayak, Mayah Shaik, and Joshua Bollam

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all the parents, volunteers, and the UECF Church for their tireless support throughout the season. Their unwavering encouragement and assistance have been pivotal in our journey to the district finals and beyond. As we prepare for the upcoming regional finals, our teams will continue their rigorous practice sessions, focusing on honing their knowledge and quiz techniques. We are confident that with continued dedication, they will excel and make us proud. Let us rally behind our children and cheer them on as they prepare to showcase their talents and hard work on a larger stage. With God's grace and the collective efforts of everyone involved, we are confident that our kids will do well in the regional finals.

• The Spiritual growth/revival of UECF so that many people will

be added and mightily used in HIS Vineyard. Also pray for the UECF upcoming events.

• Pray for the President & Government of America, Prime Minister & Government of India and the other countries for God’s wisdom.

• Mrs. Sarala Sudershan Nunna(75 years) went to be with the Lord today in California. Please pray for the bereaved family.
• Mr. Bala Veera Vasantha Kumar Petta(48 years) went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, March 19^th in Texas. Please pray for the bereaved family.
