* Prayer of Confession(Unison): Father, we are so used to talking about Jesus, singing about Jesus, reading about Jesus, and even praying in Jesus name. Yet our lives tell a different story, a story that is no different from any other. We come asking Your Holy Spirit to lead us to the truth about ourselves and Your eternal Word, more than that we ask that You would lead us to the Cross and a commitment to make a stand for righteousness and truth. Open our eyes that we may see Jesus in all situations, open our hearts that we may sense his presence in all aspects of our lives, open our spirits that we may resolve to consciously listen to the words of scripture and live it in our day to day lives. We pray that the love of Jesus, his grace will lead us to service for the good of all people. Lead us to a new allegiance to Jesus the pioneer of our faith, the pathfinder of our journey, the giver of eternal life and the savior of our soul, in His precious name we pray. Amen!
