you entered our human flesh, to embody your joy for our sake. We confess that we often forget that joyful living is our birthright. Forgive us for failing to find the joy that awaits us in all of life’s circumstances. Teach us to live our lives as a treasure hunt, seeking to find the joy that lies just beneath the surface of every new day. Lord in your mercy, Lord hear our prayer. Amen!
