*Opening Prayer (in Unison) Gracious and Loving God, thank you for the privilege and joy to be in your Holy presence this evening hour. We often look up into Your Face and sense the great love You have for Your people -- and we cherish these moments. Thank You for Your promises which clearly tell us that those who are faithful to Your call will be given all the wisdom, knowledge and strength they need to accomplish what they are called to do. Turn our hearts away from our own selfish desires and re-focus with a pure and holy motivation that helps us to see clearly. We ask it in Jesus’ name Amen!

JBQ Report: Our UECF Slingshots team performed splendidly at the third and final meet of the NJ east league yesterday 4th Feb, 2012. While losing only two matches to the best teams in the league narrowly with a margin of 5-10 points, our quizzers won 5 of the 7 matches played comfortably. For a team that is playing for the first year, our kids won not just the appreciation of all parents and officials but also the respect of the top teams. Hannah Bolleddu finished among the top three and Betsy Rapaka also figured in the top twenty for the season. We are hopeful that we may be invited for the state final in 6 weeks. We are praying that our kids will continue to grow and learn God's word in and out of season. UECF's name was really flying high and all glory to God who helped our team from the first match. Aman Vuppula also figured in the top ten finishers.
