JBQ – Meet2 Season 2025

UCEF Kids participated in the second JBQ Meet of the season yesterday at Evangel Chapel in Bridgewater, NJ. Despite the whirlwind of the past two months, filled with Thanksgiving, Children's Christmas event, Christmas, and New Year celebrations, we had limited opportunities to practice. Yet, through it all, God's faithfulness has shone brightly. Yesterday, our kids excelled in the meet, showcasing their talents and hard work. Their dedication and perseverance, even with the limited practice time, were truly inspiring. They put in extra effort, often practicing at home and making the most of every opportunity.

Equally commendable was the commitment of the parents. Amidst their own busy schedules, they ensured their children were prepared and supported. From arranging practice sessions to providing encouragement and guidance, parents played a crucial role in this success. It is a testament to God's unwavering support and blessings, guiding us through busy times and helping our children shine.

For the first time in many years, the JBQ Quizzing team has reintroduced the PeeWee League for younger kids. Three kids from UECF participated in the event. We were so delighted to see the younger ones coming to practice regularly and learning God's word. The joy on their faces when they received their certificates and medals was unmatched, even compared to the joy felt by their parents and the rest of us.

Here are the summary of the results from yesterday’s event.

Pewee League

The kids had to memorize 56 JBQ questions and answers for the event. Unlike team competitions, this was an individual competition. Kids had to participate in multiple events, JBQ Quizzing, Fastest Buzzer and Trivia.

Note: We usually don’t highlight individual accomplishments to foster team spirit. However, when kids compete in individual events, we recognize their achievements. We were thrilled to see all the PeeWee kids among the medal winners.

Here are the details:

JBQ League

Collectively, the kids had to memorize half of the JBQ material for the event, which amounted to about 288 questions and answers. In total, we had 12 kids participating, divided into 3 teams. Each team played 10 matches yesterday. By the end of the 9th match, all three teams had 7 wins and 2 losses. The final match determined their standings. Although two of our teams were tied for the 2nd spot, the tie had to be broken by the number of points scored.

Prayer Points:

• The Spiritual growth/revival of UECF so that many people will

be added and mightily used in HIS Vineyard. Also pray for the UECF upcoming events.

• Pray for the President & Government of America, Prime Minister & Government of India and the other countries for God’s wisdom.
• Please continue to pray for UECF’s own Church building.
• Please pray for Bro. Praveen Charles as he brings the Word of God today.
• Please pray for speedy recovery of Mrs. Prameela Bontha, wife of Mr. Sasi Gundala as she is not well after reaching India.
• Please pray for Mrs. Shanthi Bhaskar’s trip to India.
• Please pray for all the elderly people for their good health.
• Please pray for the people who are looking for new jobs.
