Haggai Institute Alumni Association, NJ has great pleasure in inviting you for the Haggai Institute Christian Leadership Seminar at New Jersey, from February 16th to 18th, 2002.

INTRODUCTION :
There is growing awareness among Christians today of the need to make the teachings of Christ a part of society. Although there has been growth in Christian ministry throughout the world, most have not taken advantage of the latest developments in management fields, such as Principles of Leadership, Communication, Stewardship, Planning Techniques, Goal Setting etc. Realizing the vital importance of this and to improve the effectiveness of the ministry. Haggai Institutes all over the world have been conducting leadership seminars through the Haggai Institute Alumni Associations of that region. These seminars help the Christian Leaders interact with other successful Christians who have made a mark in the various fields mentioned above.

PURPOSE
This program is designed to meet the needs of Christian laymen and full-time workers who are in a position of leadership in Christian ministry. The course will create awareness of new concepts in Leadership and Evangelism. It will help the participants to evaluate the present opportunities and work in their ministry and thus challenge them to modify their approach to make their ministry far more effective.

OBJECTIVE OF THE SEMINAR
At the end of the Seminar, the participant will be a transformed leader and will have relevant skills to lead others to Christ by word and example, and to also enable others to do the same.
 
CURRICULUM
To achieve the above objective the following topics will be dealt with:
Principles of Christian Leadership
- Integrity in Leadership
- Biblical Mandate for Evangelism
- Apologetics

FACULTY
The faculty comprises of successful Christian Leaders with a high degree of Christian commitment and proven abilities in dealing with specialized topics at the Seminar.

METHODOLOGY
The teaching methodology will be interactive, using visual aids, discussions and other learning activities during the sessions to achieve maximum effectiveness. TOPICS/FACULTY  

Participants who attend all sessions on all days will be awarded with a certificate.

REGISTRATION FEE
The registration fee is $50.00 per participant. Checks may be sent in favour of NJBBA. Course material, lunch and tea for the three days will be provided to all the participants. Since the small group principle of instruction is used, the seats are limited. Therefore, please ensure your seat by returning the enclosed registration form and pre-seminar questionnaire duly filled in, along with the registration fee as early as possible. Forms can be sent through Email also , and Fee can be paid on the first day of the Seminar.

Mr. P.K.D. LEE :
is a professionally qualified Electrical and Mechanical Engineer. For 18 yrs he served the Indian Railways in various senior positions. He went on to become the General Manager of the Government Mint in Calcutta. At present, he is the Vice President - International Advancement, Haggai Institute, USA . A Bachelor's Degree in Divinity from the Serampore University qualifies him as a Theologian also.

Mr. VALENTINE DAVIDAR:

                                        

A Post graduate in Agriculture (specialized in the field of Agronomy) he has years of experience in Marketing. Mr.Davidar was the Marketing Manager with Pioneer Seeds, a multi national company. Later, he pioneered the work of Haggai Institute in North India and is now the Executive Director of Haggai Institute, India.
· Post graduate in Agriculture, specialization in the field of Agronomy
· Marketing Manager - Eastern Region for Pioneer Seeds a MNC.
· Specialized in the area of Seed marketing, establishing market networks, distribution   
  systems and customer service functions
· Manager Operations - North for Haggai Institute.
· Presently National Executive Director for Haggai Institute.
· Specialty areas : Leadership & Integrity, Corporate and Personal mission statement

Mr. MITHRA SATULURI: 
was an Accounts officer in the Govt. of India for 21 years. He has extensive experience in evangelism for more than 30 years. He now serves as Regional Representative for South and Central Asia, Haggai Institute, USA. He is an international faculty of Haggai Institute.
